Ride Operator
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Operates the controls of the ride
in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. Such operation involves
procedures as outlined during training and in the Orientation Manual.
This Team Member assures that the ride; the area around the ride,
and the park remains clean and attractive throughout the day. He/She
also assists in the operation of the department and the park as
a whole. Operators must be able to perform duties of all assigned
positions including operating controls, watching the ride, communicating
safety instructions to guests, and cleaning the entire ride area.
Ride operators are in close connection with guests, and therefore
must be familiar with the park layout, policies, and procedures.
Other tasks may be assigned as necessary.
Skills required: Fun seeker that is customer-oriented,
dedicated, and a team player able to handle responsibility with
a positive attitude. Must be able to work outdoors in all types
of weather conditions and stand on feet for long periods of time.
Age Requirements: 16 or older
Availability Requirements: Willing to work flexible
hours days and evenings and weekend shifts
Maintenance
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Maintain go-karts, bumper boats
and other mechanical equipment. Using Manufacturer and Safety Guidelines
as outlined during training and in the Orientation Manual. Perform
general maintenance prior to opening and anything that arises during
the course of the day. Rebuild and repair ride units. Carry out
mechanical inspections and repairs on rides. Maintain park equipment.
And work with other departments to complete duties. Must possess
the desire to get the job done. Must be able to work with little
or no supervision. Must be able to complete any required maintenance
and inspection records.
Skills Required: Must be at least 18 years old,
customer-oriented and able to handle responsibility. Must have Physical
mobility. Must have own hand tools. Must be able to troubleshoot
ride or attractions and mechanical problems. Must be able to work
in a team environment. Must be able to identify and react to detailed
areas both behind the scenes and in guests' view in order to maintain
a clean and safe work environment. Must possess some carpentry,
electrical and pool chemical experience. Other tasks may be assigned
as necessary.

Host Position
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Greets, Serves, and Hosts Group and
Birthday Party guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Learns
Group and Birthday Packages, accompaniments, prices, and procedures
as outlined during training and in the Orientation Manual Works
with Event manager to Prepare and Coordinate Daily Birthday and
Group BEO (Banquet Event Order) schedules. Prepare and complete
Park Cover Sheet. Responsible for seeing those guests are provided
all information regarding ride height, weight, and age restrictions
as well as time availability, and package details. Offer Express
Service for any Ride or attraction guest may be eligible for. Order
and serve food or beverages requested in package. Assist guest in
all needs they may have to provide a memorable and streamlined party
or group experience. Track all food and beverage orders placed for
Guests. Be accountable for all guest checks registered to them.
Will at times assist other Hosts. Observes and follows state laws
governing the serving of food and beverages. Responsible for keeping
the outside Picnic and Group areas clean, orderly and well stocked.
Skills Required: Honest, reliable, outgoing,
friendly disposition. Must have the ability to work with groups
and children at a hectic pace. Must have the ability to give instructions.
Must maintain a well-groomed & professional appearance at all
times.
Age Requirements: 18 or older

Cashier/ Concession Server
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Handles guest sales in a prompt,
friendly, courteous manner using suggestive selling techniques.
Rings up ticket and food sales on a cash register using procedures
as outlined during training and in the Orientation Manual, handles
money, and counts out correct change. Responsible for preparation
of various food products according to prescribed recipes. Keeps
a clean and orderly area including: the preparation area, serving
lines, condiments, and all equipment. Learns menu items, portions,
accompaniments and prices. Learns ticket and bracelet schedule and
pricing. Some lifting is involved (approx. 10-20 lbs.)
Skills Required: Previous food service and Cash
handling experience. Must be highly organized and possess excellent
communications skills. Applicant should be personable and able to
deal with the public/employees in a professional manner. Honest
and reliable.

Supervisor
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Oversees the daily operation of a
unit or an area of the Park. Responsible for supervising assigned
Team Members. Must maintain honest and accurate recording, and reporting
of Ride assignment and Team Member Hours and Schedules. Daily tasks
include: auditing, training, and performance follow-up for Ride
Operation and Safety. Required to respect, convey, and enforce all
Park Policy and rules with Team Members using procedures as outlined
during training and in the Orientation Manual. Must be multi-task
oriented, honest, and work with integrity. May also be assigned
to work other positions in Park as needed.
Skills Required: Previous Supervisory or Leadership
experience. Must be highly organized and possess excellent communications
skills. Must demonstrate the ability to deal with the public/employees
in a professional manner. Honest and reliable.
Age Requirements: 18 or older
