I’m Michael Intoccia, President of Funway USA and Intoccia Companies and it’s my pleasure to welcome you to Funway USA.

Funway USA is truly a wonderful venue for kids of all ages – which is why we refer to it as “America’s Playground.” At Funway USA, we believe that customer satisfaction is crucial to the success of our parks- and our team has been becoming better every year. To facilitate and optimize the growth of our company, we have developed a foundation of personnel policies. These policies will assist in the development and creation of a workplace where people are treated with respect.

After you are hired, you will receive a Handbook and Orientation Manual. This manual has been prepared as a guide and reference for all of our employees. Each of you must translate these ideas and principles into action and we depend on you for the successful development of a productive and harmonious working environment. I request that each of you thoroughly familiarize yourself with the contents of this manual in order that all personnel policies of the organization may be administered fairly and consistently.

With so many places to work, I want to thank you for choosing Funway USA. Our employees are very special and important people because they are entrusted with the care of our guests – and are entrusted in making sure that our guests leave happy. I’m counting on each and every one of you to be sure that this happens.
